Carlton Cooper played college ball at the University of Texas in the early ‘80s and is ranked as one of the top 50 basketball players to play for the school. He was drafted by the Dallas Mavericks in the mid-'80s. His story of persevering, influencing, teaching, mentoring, and being an ambassador for Paris, TX will soon appear in his memoir.
